How to Swipe
For a thorough clean:

1. Insert the curved end of The Swipe under each individual string, and ‘Swipe’ up and down the entire length of the string several times. This process will also clean and polish the fret wires. 2. Hold ‘The Swipe’ in the palm of your hand, and use the flat area of ‘The Swipe’ to rub thoroughly over the surface of all the strings at the same time, taking care to clean the entire length of all the strings
The cleaning cloth:
AN ITEM SOLD BY MANY COMPANIES AS A STAND ALONE PRODUCT COSTING MORE THAN THE ENTIRE SWIPE KIT! The Swipe cleaning cloth is to be used for the back of the neck and body of the instrument, to remove sweat and grime.
Further uses for the Swipe:
Use any part of ‘The Swipe’ to clean around pick-ups on electric instruments, or in between the strings at the top of the neck, where the strings are wound onto the machine heads, or to clean around the ‘bridge’ and ‘nut’ area, or anywhere that is tricky with just the cleaning cloth!
Use the corners of ‘The Swipe’ to clean the edges of the fret wires when re-stringing
