Returns: If, in the unlikely event that you are, for any reason, dissatisfied with The Swipe, please return it within 14 days to: The Swipe, Unit 2, Quarry Farm, Bodiam, East Sussex, TN32 5RA, with a note explaining what was wrong with it and we will send you another one. If you would prefer we will offer you a full refund this does not affect your statutory rights

Postage: If orders are submitted before 10am GMT then they will be dispatched the same day. Delivery is carried out by the Royal Mail. UK deliveries are sent out 1st Class and delivery is normally next working day. Deliveries to Europe and the Rest of the World are sent by Airmail and should arrive within 3 days for Europe and 5 days for the Rest of the World. (According to the Royal Mail website.)

For UK Trade: orders received before 10 am will be sent using the Royal Mail next day and signed for service. Orders after 10am will take an additional working day.
